The Future
Wèilái.

It’s hard to anticipate
What’s up any minute?
You can lose much more than you make,
What then is your take?
Even if you just contemplate
A life that’s simple and straight,
One day we’ll find ourself
Surprised at what’s in the wake?
It’s not just what we think
Life’s just not a funny thing;
Even if we were the very King
We’ll need this Link!
Because we cannot do everything
Without His very Blessing.
So let us keep remembering
The Lord can just make us blink!

In God’s Hands, written on the 20th of April 2023
In life’s unpredictable dance,
Each moment fleeting, like a trance,
We strive and word to find our stance,
Yet, destiny’s threads weave our chance.
Aas we contemplate a simply way,
Envisioning paths of light, not fray,
The future may hold a twist, a sway,
But in His hands, our fears allay.
For life’s complexities and mirth,
Resembles not a worldly worth,
Though kings and paupers share the Earth,
In God’s embrace, we find rebirth.
With every trial, He’ll guide our sails,
His blessings flow like endless trails,
In times of need, He love prevails,
For in His hands, our future hails.
Faith Or Fate: Your Future Depends On It!

January 7, 2007
A well-known Bible teacher said, “The only reason I pray is because the Bible tells me to pray.” He does not believe his prayers or actions have any bearing on the scheme of things. This man is a fatalist. Since everything is predetermined, then there is no use to pray and believe God, because what will be will be. https://christlifemin.org/2007/01/07/faith-or-fate-your-future-depends-on-it/
https://christlifemin.org/2007/01/07/faith-or-fate-your-future-depends-on-it
