Making Booklets from A4 Page

I have started a new hobby of making booklets from an A4 paper. So far, I have made more than sixty booklets in the last month and I am enjoying this. I have even volunteered to make new booklets for charitable organizations. Below are photos of some booklet-samples that I have created. How to make such a booklet?
