诗.
振作起来;欢呼! 每一个黑暗的夜晚， 一个新的阳光明媚， 然后在黑暗中， 光芒四射。 每个雨天，洗去污渍， 每次喷雾后都会清洁。 每条安静的道路都会有喧闹的一天， 每次摇摆后都会平静下来。 跌倒，上涨，别无他法， 愚人若生而圣人智。 一片枯叶，新叶呼吸， 亲爱的生活一定会到来， 为何要坐着悲伤呢？ 一个棺材被运走，一个婴儿出生了， 来吧，悲伤的心， 不要坐下来哀悼。
Impossible?
A time was set; A miracle met.
He heard the plea Of Martha and Mary.
But He chose to return
To the ones who learned -
To Lazarus, Mary and Martha.
“Master, Master,” they cried
“We won’t ask WHY.
It’s just that You came Too late for him.
Lazarus had died Four days awhile.
If only You were here You would have cured
Poor Lazarus.”
“Why? It’s never too late
If God wants to make This Lazarus awake
Even from his own death’s bed.”
“Arise, you sleepy one,” He said.
And out Lazarus came All wrapped in linen;
“Take off his grave clothe And let him go.”
To the amazement of all gathered so.

It’s hard to anticipate
What’s up any minute?
You can loose as much as you can make,
What then is your take?
Even if you just contemplate
A life that’s simple and straight,
One day you’ll find yourself
Surprised at what’s in the wake.
It’s not just what you think
Life’s just a funny thing;
Even if you are the very King
You’ll need this link!
Because you cannot do everything
Without His very Blessing
So just keep on remembering
The Lord can just make you blink!

Preoccupied
We are preoccupied
With things that we are never satisfied.
When shall we reflect? When shall we detect?
The true satisfaction of being a Christian
Without regret.
Earthly affairs are full of pits and snares.
We need to be aware of all those who dare
To draw our attention away from the simple
Away from the truth that God really cares.
No exercise; No improvise
No life, family-wise.
‘Self-reliant,’ he had prided,
‘My work,’ he had relied.
‘I deserved to die,’ he cried,
He heard his friend sang:
“On Christ, the solid rock I stand –
All other ground is sinking sand.”

A Valuer’s work is to assert
The Market Value of a property
In its entirety.
He is supposed to see
The true amount that forms the key
Between two parties of an Agreement that is
Not bias towards anybody.
Little do valuers know that in doing so
They are simply falling into a hole
Called ‘Playing with God’s soul.’
For how can he ever foresee
That there are those who come very close
For playing hosts to the property ghost.
So very often - Prices are given
By those who fail to see the very reason
That historical prices have any relevance
To the very question of how much to reckon
That property’s worth.

But wait, even birds and bees
Need the trees
To rest the kneels.
To sing out their melodies.
So property
Is important for you and me,
In fact, for everybody.
