Mid-Life Crisis 中年的危机

Zhang Zhongping (张仲平) is the owner of an Auction practice known as 3D Auctions Company Limited. He is the person on the left hand side of the photograph here. The other person at the centre of the photograph is one of his main supporting clients, Yan Ruo Shui (颜若水).

Zhang Zhongping (张仲平) is an experienced entrepreneur, full of experience in reading people’s minds by observing their behaviours (the West calls this understanding people’s body languages). He has been in business for some years now and has developed a skill in dealing with complex interpersonal relationships. The success in his career had added a bit of mature charm to this middle-aged businessman, allowing him to move freely amidst government officials and business circles. In addition he does possess a caring attitude towards his workers, friends and family members. He is particularly moved and impressed by a lady TV reporter Zeng Zhen (曾真) who looks very much like his first wife, that has died years ago.

He is married to a university professor/lecturer wife Tang Wen (唐雯) and they both have a teenage daughter Zhang Xiaoyu (张小雨), in her final year at secondary school. The family is a happy one. Zhang Zhongping (张仲平) although fully committed to his business does care for the welfare of his wife and his daughter. He can be classified as a good family man.

　　唐雯拿着U盘向张仲平质疑，他不知道该如何说，张仲平清楚这东西完全取决于她，唐雯说她根本没看过U盘里面的内容，她清楚家需要共同支撑和相互依靠，唐雯当场骂了徐艺，她想过张仲平可能会欺骗自己，但她不愿意相信张仲平会忍心欺骗她。张仲平决定出去一会儿让她把U盘的内容看完再谈，他听到声音后看到唐雯用锤子打碎了U盘，他感觉到内疚，张仲平拿出徐艺给他的U盘让唐雯看。周辛然给徐艺打电话说银行的转账单已经到了，徐艺从祁雨那里拿到了推荐函，周辛然去了青瓷会所，她看到徐艺和祁雨在一起亲密的场景，她惊呆了。周运年从昏迷中醒来后叫着周辛然的名字，江小璐急忙找医生过来查看。唐雯约见了曾真，她和张仲平在二十年前都是那所大学的学生，她向曾真讲起了和张仲平从相识到相爱的经历，唐雯只是想对她说说自己的病情，她说是良性的，是命运欺骗了她，是另外一个化验单被一个同样叫唐雯的人拿走，唐雯只把真实的结果告诉了曾真，她也希望张仲平能够幸福，当死亡临近时曾真是真心爱上了张仲平，还相信他们的肉体是清白的。唐雯想让曾真把消息告诉张仲平，她想让张仲平知道真相的时候重新选择，曾真听完后向她说对不起，他知道自己不应该爱上张仲平。香水河股份公司的土地最终由3D公司取得，徐艺听完后十分恼怒，他这才知道他手上的推荐函是假的，出门时他看到颜若水被检察院带走。江小璐找到周辛然后发现她失去理智，当她说起她爸醒来时周辛然的情绪有所好转，她说徐艺不是人。徐艺再次去找周辛然时被江小璐打了一巴掌，鲁冰和莫大华也没理会他，徐艺感觉到无奈后去了左达死的胜利大厦，他选择了用跳楼自杀的方式来结束自己年轻的生命。张仲平接到唐雯的电话后加快了车速，他见到徐艺后向他道歉，徐艺认为这一切都是张仲平逼的，他说这是在逼他走正道，徐艺心中充满了仇恨，他要报复张仲平，张仲平劝他要活着，他站在楼上想起了左达的话，徐艺清楚他自己愿赌不服输，张仲平劝他要证明给世界上的人看，唐雯也来到胜利大厦。张仲平明白是钱让他们变得人不人鬼不鬼，徐艺清楚颜若水的下场。张仲平是看着徐艺长大的，在徐艺心中他就是父亲，好像一座山一样，徐艺指责他多年来的坏榜样，张仲平听完他这样骂自己感觉他还有救。张仲平也一直在反醒自己，他知道太急功近利了，人也变得太过急躁，他想追求把追求真善美做为生活最后的目的。徐艺不知道该如何还钱，张仲平说他已经采取了自己的方式让莫大华的钱永远不能到祁雨账上，祁雨也在接受审查。张仲平那样做就是要挽救徐艺，他不能眼看着他出事，在张仲平心里他永远是自己的孩子。唐雯的到来让徐艺向她走了过去，徐艺跪在她面前请求原谅，他知道是自己错了。曾真将唐雯的真实病情告诉了张仲平，张仲平看着她和胡海洋离开，曾真离开这个城市前也给唐雯说了心里话，她取消了等张仲平一辈子的约定。张仲平和徐艺去了人民检察院，他清楚从此后可以踏踏实实地做人，安心地做事。
